I use this toothpaste just like any regular one, I squeeze about a pea sized amount onto my toothbrush. It spreads easily across my teeth when I start brushing. It doesn’t create a huge amount of foam, just a light, soft lather that feels really clean while I brush. The paste itself has a soft, slightly glossy look, and it holds its shape on the brush without running off. I brush for about two minutes, then rinse with water like usual. The mint scent is fresh when I first start brushing, but it doesn’t hit too strong.
