It's not easy finding good-quality non-abrasive toothpaste for those of us with sensitive teeth. I don't think this is marketed as specifically for sensitive teeth, but I didn't notice any problems with my time using it. Your mileage may vary of course, but if you have a mild sensitivity, this could work for you.To get ahead of it, yes, this is very expensive toothpaste. For a designer product with perlite whitener, non-abrasive formula, and no microplastics though, it's not that bad.I did notice a slight whitening effect, but some of that could be that I don't normally use whitening toothpaste. If you're a regular user, this might not have much of an effect on you. It's also worth mentioning that this does not have fluoride in it. If you're lucky enough to live in an area that still has fluoride in the water, you should be fine. If you are not so lucky, then you might want to specifically search out a toothpaste with fluoride. People seem to have turned against it recently, but it is genuinely important to protect the enamel on your teeth and prevent decay.The flavor of this toothpaste is a nice mild mint, but it does leave a clean feeling in my mouth for hours and hours afterwards. I wasn't expecting it given the mild flavor, but it really does do a good job. It foams up a lot too, so even a little bit of toothpaste goes a long way.Overall, I'm pleased. It's a bit too expensive to be my regular toothpaste, but it is high quality, and I will keep it around as part of my bathroom load-out. Recommended, just watch that fluoride.
