I have become a believer in this toothpaste for my gums. I use to buy just your regular toothpaste at a reasonable price. Now that I have used this gum restore toothpaste I am convince I will never go back to using just regular toothpaste. My gum has gotten more vulnerable to gum disease as I am getting older and I needed to be pro-active to make changes to my brushing to preserve my gums. Thumbs up from me for maintaining healthier gums.
