This is a good toothpaste. It is gentle and non-abrasive for teeth and delicate dental work, and easy on sensitive gums. I used to use it exclusively, and am going back to it after my dentist recommended a gel toothpaste for my dental work. It is fluoride free, and lives up to Weleda's quality product standards.
