Review:

Dental hygienist here giving Fygg toothpaste the thumbs up!I decided to test out this Nano Hydroxyapatite toothpaste on myself after learning about the benefits in some continuing education classes. As an individual with several interproximal (between the teeth) watch areas-I am happy to report that by using this toothpaste (along with brushing 2x day for 2 minutes with an electric toothbrush and regular flossing) my watch areas on my x-rays decreased in size! Meaning they re-mineralized in comparison with my bite wing X-rays from last year! So with good hygiene and regular use this will help to strengthen and remineralize your tooth enamel.Taste of the toothpaste is great-I have used Mild Mint, coconut and vanilla vibes.I believe in nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste and recommend Fygg to my patients that prefer a fluoride free option! Please note- I still recommend fl as a prevention measure to my patients, especially those with a high cavity risk.
