I don't have sensitive teeth per se, at least not yet, but I started using this after my mom got weak chompers. You can totally tell the difference between sensitive toothpaste and the gritty, grainy regular toothpastes that must do SOME damage over time...? Same clean feeling, sure a little more pricey, but feels better on my chomps... which I am trying to keep strong and healthy so I can nibble well into old age
