I’ve heard about the harms of fluoride on your health, recent studies have shown possible links between fluoride, bone problems and IQ in children, particularly when fluoride is above the recommended levels in the United States. I’ve always wanted to make my own toothpaste, I usually brush my teeth with coconut oil, a little bit of baking soda and eucalyptus charcoal, this mixture cleans my teeth and leaves them shiny but I couldn’t get the foam and freshness of regular toothpastes, so after searching and reading reviews I decided on this one, and let me tell you wow, my teeth are shiny and my breath is very fresh, I think I’ll make this toothpaste my favorite and obviously I’ll keep buying it.
