I have very sensitive teeth and using this toothpaste 2x a day helps with sensitivity. If you're looking for the taste of regular toothpaste, you will be disappointed because it doesn't have that sweetness that other toothpaste have. That doesn't bother me and a bonus is that it doesn't have flouride. I have purchased this product twice.
