True to my habit, I waited before reviewing the Moon x Sprinkles Birthday Cake Flavored Toothpaste—because the thrill of unboxing can easily cloud judgment.I picked this up for my 10-year-old, who has exclusively used berry-flavored toothpaste and can’t stand anything minty. After weeks of consistent use, I can confidently say this toothpaste has been a hit. The vanilla buttercream flavor feels like a treat, making brushing a little less of a chore, and its gentle formula is great for both gums and enamel.That said, there’s a fine line between fun and overly sweet, and this toothpaste flirts with that line. Also, if you’re used to a frothy, foamy experience, the low-foaming formula might take some adjustment.
