It works well and has a good flavor, but I find it doesn’t compare to fluoride toothpaste, especially if you have weak teeth. You might need to reapply it a couple of times, and the grittiness can be a bit off-putting at first, though you get used to it. Personally, I prefer the ones that are already mixed like regular toothpaste. I use this one in the morning to tackle coffee stains, and then switch to a medicated toothpaste at night.
