Im giving 5 stars because this product works over time with daily use. However, I have been using it after brushing with my regular paste because I am not sure it would do anything for breath or cavity protection. I don't know what it is, but this tooth powder is so different than standard toothpaste in my opinion. The clean and effective feeling is much stronger and even seems to calm my sensitive teeth and gums better than regular toothpaste. The non-charcoal flavor has a pleasant taste and is my favorite of the two kinds. Love the quantity-size within one box as well. Would buy again and again!
