I purchased this 8/10/25 - I had recussion top jaw right side you could feel the line where the gum line should be. The gum was way above line. I have been brushing for 30 days. I use a soft battery operated toothbrush. When I brush teeth and all gum areas. The right side gum has come down to the line. The wide places between teeth front and bottom have recovered. I did not want to give a review until I reached my 30 days. I am pleased with this product. Oh forgot. I brush about 3 minutes. Everyone is different but this product is working for me. The taste is okay, doesn’t bother me. As for whitening no improvement. Oh, before putting on toothbrush wet it first for paste to stay.
