Review:

This is now my go to travel toothpaste. Unlike a tube of paste, this powder is completely dry and ready to mix with water for brushing. First thing I noticed about this was the scent reminded me of Dr Scholls foot powder. I know it doesn't sound appealing, but it does have that intense minty scent coupled with the powdery consistency. I couldn't really get it to "stick" to my toothbrush so I just use the scoop to dump a bit into the bristles and it seems to work. Next thing I noticed was the color of the saliva while brushing. If you have white porcelain sink you will see a gray tinted white substance that makes you wonder - will my teeth be tarnished? Don't worry, it rinses off and your teeth are left clean. The Food Grade Bentonite Clay is a bit gritty so be sure to fully rinse your mouth out. First couple of times I felt like I had dirt in my mouth as some of the gritty powder remained. Now that I have gotten through the startup experience I am enjoying this powder and delighted that it fits so nicely into my shaving kit for easy travel. Hoping by next dental appointment Dentist will notice remineralization of teeth.
