It's my favorite. I love how fresh and clean it feels, almost minty, but it's lemon fresh, like a cold spicey feel. Also, it's a little gritty, but that's my favorite part because it polishes my teeth so nicely. We moved and hadn't seen a dentist in 2 years 😬 but the new dentist was very impressed, no cavities and no plaque build up for my 9 year old, so I guess it's working. Lastly, the side effect is teeth whitening, which is great because I have very sensitive teeth and can't use whitening treatments
