I call this "miracle toothpaste" because I tried 7 others before I found one that did not burn my mouth and gums. Not sure why I have become so sensitive to toothpaste, but this one actually feels like it is healing my mouth sensitivity. The taste is sort of a neutral mild sweetness. The lack of pain, over taste, was the most important factor for me. Thank you to the makers of this product.
