This is great stuff. You'll need to use it consistently once a day or every other day for seven days of applications or thereabouts to see appreciable results. Then use it periodically for a few days to keep things up to snuff.First, if you don't have a "tray" to put it in, you need to buy the kit that includes it This is just a "refill". Don't apply it with a Q-tip or similar. Your spit will just wash it away and you'll be swallowing the stuff. Get the tray. Then, follow the directions: Brush your teeth well first; Apply gel to the tray; insert the tray in your mouth; push on it a little to get the product into the gaps between your teeth. If you keep the tray in for longer it will work better. When time's up, remove the tray, rinse out, then brush your teeth lightly to remove any remaining product and any stuff that's been loosened.The directions say you can do it for two weeks, but I would take at least a few days off after a week. Your teeth might get a little sensitive if you do it two weeks straight. I also would not do it twice a day. Once a day is fine. Don't expect results overnight. But it will work and eventually all your stains will be gone.
