First, I have used whiteners from Crest and after two treatments my teeth are so sensitive that it hurts to drink water! I wanted to look for a natural alternative to whiten my teeth and decided to try Nudge. Well the package deal was too good to pass up so I also tried the orange mint toothpaste. The positives: the toothpaste cleans well and is refreshing. The serum is easy to apply to your toothbrush. The negative: how often do you use the purple serum? The directions says use occasionally, but is that weekly? Monthly? . A little confusing, so I am going to opt for once a week and see how it goes. It is great product, love the flavor, and it does what it is described to do.
