For the past few years I have began to develop more sensitive teeth. This is due to some minor gum recession. There are a number of things that can cause sensitive teeth and gum recession is just one. None the less, this tooth paste has reduced my sensitivity to the point that I don't even notice it anymore.The only downfall of this product is that I don't find that it cleans your teeth as well as some other brands of regular tooth paste. Now obviously this is made to reduce sensitivity and that it does well. So what I have found that works is that I used this tooth paste once a day and a regular tooth paste once a day. I find that using it once a day works for me, but you may have to experiment yourself to see.
