Fluoride Exposure and Staining: My Experience with Crest Pro-Health Mouthwash

Product:
Crest Pro-Health Advanced Mouthwash, Alcohol Free, Multi-Protection, Fresh Mint, 1 L (33.8 fl oz), Pack of 2, Blue Product Detail
Review:
Excellent product, be warned: Fluoride in toothpaste is formulated to be the specific amount our mouths need. Excessive fluoride exposure could cause staining. I started waiting 1 hour after brushing to rinse mouth to prevent excessive fluoride exposure, I think, rinsing with this twice a day immediately after brushing caused very subtle staining from my excessive fluoride exposure, I could be wrong.
