I don’t know if hydroxyapatite really builds back enamel. I don’t I used it long enough to make a difference. I purchased these so traditional toothpaste didn’t take up some of my precious 1 quart liquids bag space in the carryon on my last flight. This was my first time trying toothpaste tablets and I was pretty pleased. They’re easy to chew up into “paste”, the cinnamon flavor tasted great and my mouth felt clean when I was done brushing. It is slightly gritty feeling, but I expected that from a tablet. And who knows, maybe that grit helps it whiten. I don’t think I’d replace my usual tube of fluoride toothpaste, but I’ll definitely choose these again the next time I fly.
