Review:
I had to give "toothpaste powder" a try, since I saw it had the ingredient in it that is mentioned lately for re-mineralization (Hydroxyapatite). I am 56 years old and have had a lot of enamel erosion, so I'm sensitive to toothpaste ingredients. Using this wasn't difficult, you get your toothbrush wet and just dip it into the powder. The powder sticks to it and then you can brush just like if it was toothpaste. It was surprisingly not gritty, and the powder dissolves quickly into what is very similar to normal toothpaste with less foaming.Since I was worried about potential that this was abrasive to enamel, I researched using bentonite in toothpaste and found it is considered too soft to cause abrasion (less hard than a fingernail). CoQ10 is used to support healthy gums and contributes to enamel remineralization in combination with calcium carbonate. So, the ingredients all seem to be targeted to match the description.I liked that it was packaged in a glass jar rather than plastic. Just be careful when dipping toothbrush in it when open, since the glass slides easier on counter and when full the powder can bounce out of the jar. After using it for several days, I'm quite happy with how it cleans teeth and how it feels. I can tell my teeth are shinier (suggesting the restoring feature is working) and seem cleaner than with my previous toothpaste. And they don't seem to be staining as easily, which may be due to the re-mineralization filling the pores that catch stains. It doesn't cause any discomfort of gums or side effects. The peppermint flavor was very subtle, not overpowering. The vanilla mint flavor sounds good, so I may try that next time. I really like this toothpaste powder and will continue to use it.Make sure to shake off excess water before dipping toothbrush into the powder. And to make sure you don't have water on hands that drips into the jar, since it will create clumps. The jar opening will make it hard to get the full face of brush in the powder, but don't be concerned, you can get powder on the top of the brush and distribute it when brushing. For $15 seems a reasonable price and value, it works well
