Many people claim that there are negative aspects of fluoride, and that toothpaste like the Numa Blue are a great alternative.The Numa toothpaste tastes just fine, and the texture is also agreeable. As far as effectiveness, it's hard to judge within just a couple of weeks. I feel that it's doing at least as good of a job as my previous toothpaste, and possibly a better job. I think a better assessement could be made after some long-term usage, such as 6 months or a year.Overall, this has all the hallmarks of a top-quality dental product, and at first glance appears to be quite effective. It's not inexpensive compared to the drug-store brands, but if it helps your teeth, it's a good value.
