I was using the powder form before and loved that. Now I'am half way through my first tubeand I love this toothpaste. I had stains on my teeth from a medication I was given as a child,since using this and I'am half way though, it has lightened my teeth like no other toothpaste.It also helps with sensitivity. I noticed my teeth feeling more tight in the gums.And the most substantial thing I noticed is, it is correcting my receeding gums I have had for years.Every day I notice more and more gaps disappearing. Literally every day, no kidding, it's incredible.If you have receeding gums you must try this! The receeding gums on my front teeth are literallydisappearing before my eye's. I'm not doing anything else just this toothpaste.Sometimes I rub a little bit over my gums and teeth during the day to freshen up. All I can say is thatif you have any receeding gums or lose teeth.
