I was skeptical with this item, but gave it a chance. I do see a difference in the whiteness of my teeth. The taste is nice too, kind of peachy with a hint of mint. The cons are that I do have to use a more abrasive toothpaste at night, because this product does not eliminate all of the tarter. And, it is expensive. All in all, I would recommend it.
