Pros: A nice thick paste that feels as if it really clings to your teeth while brushing without feeling too chalky. It also has a pleasant taste. I do have sensitive teeth. After a few uses, I didn’t feel as much sensitivity. I also love that it’s fluoride free. Cons: it will hardened if left exposed to air. In my case, I neglected to close the cap fully. The next morning, the top portion of the paste was completely hardened. I couldn’t squeeze any paste from the container. After running some warm water over the top and applying a lot of pressure, I was able to remove the hardened portion and use the remaining paste. Overall, this is a good option for people with sensitive teeth.
