The only issue I have with this tooth whitener product is having my teeth in the whitening gel tray for two hours. I've used other similar products that had shorter time limits. I've worked in an office setting, so having white teeth helps. This kit is great and my teeth got a few shades lighter in a short time. I then had sensitivity issues during my time using this kit, and being a coffee drinker I decided I'd slow down and use it on my time frame. I like this kit. My personal issues with sensitivity limits my progress but the kit works for me. I'm rating this kit a four out of five stars, and would recommend this kit. Thank you! -Mike
