So the wonderful thing about this toothpaste is that it basically has mms or stabilized oxygen. I was diagnosed with periodontal disease a couple years ago and I've been able to turn it around with using this, Dr tongues floss and the nimbus toothbrush. I like this toothpaste because it's not overly minty where it burns your mouth but it definitely brightens your breath. It doesn't have any grit in it so it's amazing for a sensitive teeth and gums. And the ingredients are clean no fluoride because if you like to self educate you learn that stuff is not good for you! And the cool thing is the patented stabilized oxygen! Its amazing stuff and I was ecstatic to see it in a toothpaste! It's also made ( stabilized oxygen) into a face wash by the way by a different product called ASEPTIC MD... THEY ALSO HAVE A FORM OF IT IN A FOAMING FACE WASH THAT GETS OFF ALLERGENS AND REALLY HELPS BREAKOUTS LIKE IT'S NOT A GIMMICK IT ACTUALLY GETS IN YOUR SKIN AND CLEANS IT. I'VE HAD TROUBLE WITH MY BREAKOUTS HERE AND THERE AND MY SKIN IS MORE CLEAR THAT'S EVER BEEN. I LOVE stabilized OXYGEN IN ANY PRODUCT I CAN GET MY HANDS ON!
