Excellent taste and recovery for your battered teeth. But there is a way you can help it to achieve its maximum effect. Most people wash their teeth for 1-3 minutes, then they rinse. That is 3 minutes max. for the ingredients to work on your teeth. So what should you do? Well, don't rinse! First, use only 1/4 of an inch or 5-6 mm because that is all you need. Wash your teeth. When you are done spit everything out and spit some more. I usually scrap my tongue with the washed out brush and spit whatever left. The point here is that there will be paste left between your teeth working its magic. Specially before going to bed, but even during the day, if you can let the paste stay much longer in your mouth than a quick tooth wash and rinse, you already increased its efficiency. Not to mention your mouth will have a better smell.I already ordered this 3 times and will keep buying it. It is not cheap, but it last 2 month per tube, if you don't use too much per wash, after all it will foam just fine and the rest is just waste.
