I had one tooth taken out and the other one right next to it drilled into up to the gumline. The dentist left the nerve out of it and pushed some reallly hard temporary filling up against it. A week later I was still in the worse pain I ever been in my life. I had no pain before I went to the dentist but a crapload after. And it wasn't going away. My whole right side of my face was in some crazy pain and I had an ear ache and headache on that side from it. I had ordered some orajel and while I was waiting on it I forgot I already had this. I was more worried about the bacteria that might be getting in my bloodstream from the half filled drilled tooth more than the crazy amount of pain I was having and wished I had something to not only knock out the pain but get rid of the bacteria the dentist might of left in there since he only fixed half of it. So I was happy as hell to find out that not only does this stuff numb the gum and tooth but has a bunch of herbs in it that kill bacteria and "promote cell growth". The day after I used it I finally got some relief from a week and a half of pain. 2 days after was the first day I went through half of a day with out a lot of pain. 3 days after I had hardly no pain at all and now on the 4th my mouth almost feels normal. I've never had pain like that ever in my mouth and the fact that it stayed like that for almost a week and a half made it worse. I thought it would never go away unless I got that half filled tooth i was trying to save taken out. Orajel wouldve helped with the pain some but both teeth would probably still be swollen inside and infected. Not only did this stuff get rid of all that pain but it definitely saved me from another tooth extraction in the same spot. Would use this over orajel anyday.
