Review:

I have been using fluoride free type toothpastes for the last 15 years or so. In the last 5 years or so, I have been using powdered natural toothpastes, which I do like. This toothpaste by Numa seems like a blend of both worlds for me. It has relatively minimal ingredients in it, and is fluoride free, glycerin free, microplastic free, and sodium lauryl sulfate free.This does not foam like a typical toothpaste does, and feels kind of runny when using. I have found I can’t walk around the house upstairs when using this, as it drips more than a traditional toothpaste - so I use it bend over the sink (probably how one should brush their teeth anyhow :). When I spit into the sink bowl, the color is a grayish bluish color - so I have to be mindful to rinse the sink pretty good when I’m done.I like how my teeth feel after using this - just clean. My semi annual dental checkup is in October this year, so I’ll see if there is any improvement after using a few months. The cost seems kind of high - but for 2 generously size tubes, I feel it is reasonable. I believe I will order this again after these 2 tubes run out, and I can recommend trying this - especially if you have concerns on the ingredients that you brush your teeth with.
