Okay so i wanted to use this product before reviewing it. I have been using this for a week now and have noticed a considerable whitening of my teeth. It works very well. With that said please use extreme, extreme, extreme caution. This is charcoal and it is very, very, very messy. Think about the stuff in your barbeque grill then spill it on your carpet😣. Upon receipt i immediately took the container into my bathroom and cut the plastic wrap off of it, began to unscrew the cap and just from loosening of the cap particles fell on some of our bath mats and they had to be thrown away, it doesn't come out. Also when you brush keep your mouth closed as the black spray will get everywhere. And if not cleaned looks horrible and can stain towels, clothes, and bath mats. I brush with my normal toothpaste in the morning then before bed i use this product because it does temporarily stain your gums black. I also brush using this product in the shower. Much less mess and much easier to clean up. You only need to brush with it for a couple minutes to get the whitening. I have noticed my teeth getting whiter each day so it is great for that, also better than strips. But just make sure you are prepared for the mess you will make the first couple of times you use it while you get used to how to brush with it without staining your bathroom. You also get a lot of it. This stuff should last for a couple years easy, even using it once a day....***UPDATE***So I have been using this product for about a month now and my teeth have never been whiter or brighter and I'm 50 years old. Went to the dentist and even she said wow did tou get your teeth whitened? I said no then showed her the amazon page on my phone and she said she was shocked and will have to try it. Definitely worth the money takes about 2 minutes and makes a huge difference. Very satisfied...👍👍
