I have used this product for the past year since I have sensitive gums and am concerned about gum retention. I have noticed a difference in the sensitivity of my gums, and I will most likely keep using this product. I do not have sensitive teeth. My only caveat with this toothpaste is that it is more expensive than basic crest pro-health toothpaste, but since it has worked for me I would repurchase.
