I was hesitant of not getting the fresh feel and scent of using a regular toothbrush, but I sure was pleasantly surprised! I actually mix it in with my active charcoal powder and had amazing results for my inflamed gums, plaque reduction for sure, and teeth whitening :) .... Honestly like a little kid, brushing my teeth became exciting and I can literally see the results day by day starting the 3ed day of use .... LOVE
