It comes in a skinny tube with a safety seal. The flavor is actually not bad at all... I'm getting fluoride treatment from the dentist flavor with a noticeable mint burst. The toothpaste is black gel and it surely does turn to a gray color after usage... it seems to provide a decent level of foam. Teeth feel clean afterwards and the toothpaste seems to be effective even for my sensitive teeth. The package says it comes from Dubai. So I guess I can cross off toothpaste from Dubai from my bucket list! I'd recommend it to others.
